Orders will only be accepted from persons over the age of 18. Orders may be accepted from persons resident outside the United Kingdom at the discretion of the business owners.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If any goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address and telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time prior to acceptance. Acceptance is treated as concluded at the time of dispatch.

All payments are dealt with by an external website, and thus we do not hold any payment data for our customers on our servers.

Goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address provided by you on the order form.
We can only deliver to the address that is the billing address of your credit/debit card, unless specifically agreed to by the owners of the website.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
You will become the owner of goods you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you.
It is your responsibility to check the goods for damage on delivery. Damage must be noted with the courier on delivery, and should be be reported to us within 24 hours.
Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods however caused. If, however, we are unable to deliver your goods by the date quoted for delivery, you, the buyer, shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place.
We use 2 main forms of delivery, Royal Mail and Interlink Express. Tracking numbers (if applicable) are provided with all dispatches for our clients. The reason for each of the choices are below:
Royal Mail - This is an affordable way of sending small packages throughout the UK with guaranteed delivery next (working) day for the majority of the UK. We sometimes use standard Royal Mail or recorded delivery but only for low value items.
Interlink Express (& DPD for Non UK Deliveries) - We use this service for the larger items we ship (I.e. Bluray players, projectors etc) to the UK, because we know that the items are adequately insured, and they also provide a before 1pm delivery service for the majority of the UK. They also contact the recipient (by text and/or email) on the day of delivery to give a 1hr delivery slot, so the recipient does not have to wait in all day. We can also offer a Saturday delivery through InterlinkExpress (at extra cost).
On occasion we may use other couriers i.e. Citylink, UPS or DHL where the need may arise.
Current legislation gives you the right to cancel the sale from up to 7 working days from receipt of the goods, without penalty and without giving a reason. The following conditions would have to be complied with:
We do not generally offer a re-stocking arrangement, but in the event when after using the goods you find them totally unsuitable for your needs, we may consider re-stocking. Contact us if this occurs.
All goods can only be returned after a return has been authorised by the seller.
f you exercise your rights to return within the 7 days, we reimburse you without undue delay not later than 7 days after the day we received the Goods back from you, or, if no goods are involved, 7 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.
Reimbursement is usually via the same method as the original payment but we may use a different method which we both agree to. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Goods back.
We will refund the full price of the Goods plus any delivery charge you paid when we sent the Goods to you. However, if you paid for an enhanced delivery service, we will not reimburse those additional delivery charges which you paid.
If you ordered more than one product and you want to return only some items you may not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge.
